Sweet to Dry Scale: 5*

Yes, I know. Riesling again. I was determined to find one that wasn’t so sweet, and I think I’ve finally found it! This wine is absolutely fantastic, and is now my favorite Riesling! It’s the perfect sweetness with no sour bite. There is no hint of dryness, but it’s not overwhelmingly sweet either. We drank it with friends and all four of us were extremely impressed with how good this wine is. And to give you an idea, two of the people who liked it are dry red wine drinkers, so you don’t have to love sweet wines to like this one. If you’re looking for an awesome sipping wine that won’t overwhelm what you pair it with, this is an excellent choice!

*The Sweet to Dry Scale tells you just how dry the wine is, based on a number that my husband and I agree on. The higher the number, the dryer the wine. (0=sweet, 10=dry) My husband likes wines that are a 9 or 10. I like wines that are a 5 or 6.
