Purpose of Moms Who Need Wine
MWNW is a community of moms from across the globe who have come together to share stories, revel in imperfections, and find solace in others sharing the same experiences. Moms in the community participate through our blog (www.momswhoneedwine.com), our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MomsWhoNeedWine), on Twitter (@winemoms), or at our sister publication, Momicillin (www.momicillin.com).

Disclaimer on Alcohol Consumption
While MWNW discusses drinking alcohol, we encourage our Moms to always use good judgment and drink only in moderation. We firmly believe that it is all about the release, and not about the drink. A piece of chocolate, a cafe latte, or a good chick flick can be just as effective. MWNW does not endorse the abuse of alcoholic substances in any manner.

Applicable Law/Disputes

If any of these Terms and/or conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that term and/or condition shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms. MWNW’s failure to exercise or enforce any one or more of its rights under these Terms & Conditions will not constitute a waiver of its rights or a continuing waiver of any rights.
